- Salt1 to taste
- Cut the peppers, tomato, onion and eggplant into strips.
- Place the chopped vegetables in a mold,
- Add the olives, raisins and garlic.
- Drizzle with oil, add salt
- Preheat the oven to 200° and bake for 40 minutes.
- If needed, add more oil.
- Once ready, put it in a glass bowl and leave it in the fridge.
- Can be used on toast, bread and as a salad too
