- Mustard Seeds1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- cabbage leaf, cabbage or other1 unit(s)
- Wash and cut the radish into thin slices
- Place in sanitized 500ml glass
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice
- add the salt
- Add mustard seeds
- Press the radishes with a pestle or spoon until the vegetable liquid rises.
- Top up with water if radishes are in contact with air
- Place the leaf on top and press again so the radishes don't have contact with the air
- Put the lid on without closing it completely and leave it at room temperature until the fermentation bubbles appear.
- Put it in the fridge and be happy!
