- feta cheese200 g
- Red Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Pistachio100 g
- Olive oil50 ml
- Lime1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sanitize the supplies
- Make a crumble with the feta cheese, break it with your hands so it stays small
- Roughly chop the pistachios
- Separate the red cabbage leaves and tear them with your hands to get medium pieces.
- Season the cabbage with salt, black pepper, olive oil and lime
- Serve in small portions with a part of cabbage, a generous spoonful of feta and pistachios on top.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil
