- Leaf mix200 g
- Fig in natura3 unit(s)
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Parma Ham100 g
- Cherry tomato100 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Olive oil1 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- In a pan with a thread of honey seal the figs
- In another non-stick pan, toast the grated parmesan until it forms a crispy disk.
- On a plate, place the mix of leaves, garnish with Parma, the fig sealed in honey, the parmesan crisp and the tomatoes cut in half
- Finish with the sauce mix the olive oil, honey, mustard and salt and black pepper and lemon mix until it forms a sauce and serve under the salad
