Pack of Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
Pack of Purple Radite1 unit(s)
Bunch of Lettuce1/2 unit(s)
Ripe Fresh Fig in strips4 unit(s)
Very thin slices of Parma Ham1 cup
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

In a large platter start by adding the arugula leaves and purple Radite
Place the American and curly lettuce leaves and mix everything with your hands until it's well colored.
Decorate with the figs cut into strips.
Finally, add the thin slices of Parma Ham
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
If you find it necessary, you can add a little salt 😉
Tip: Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top 🧀
