- Arugula1/2 cup
- Cherry tomato5 unit(s)
- Seedless Grapes1/4 cup
- Flaked almonds1 dessert spoon
- Yogurt2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Place the leaves in a bowl and mix.
- Prepare a sauce by mixing yogurt, a little salt and chimichurri. Pour the sauce over the leaves.
- Arrange the grapes and tomatoes on top of the salad and top with sliced almonds.
