- Wheat for kibbeh150 g
- Salt2 g
- Olive oil15 g
- Vinegar25 g
- Shoyo20 g
- Place the wheat for kibe in a bowl with water until it covers and leave it while you cut the ingredients.
- Cut the lettuce into very thin strips
- Onion, cucumber, and tomato cut into very small squares.
- Cut mint with a very small knife
- Drain the wheat in a rice colander and start assembling the salad.
- In a refractory place the tomato, cucumbers, onion and wheat, finally adding the lettuce and mint.
- Season with oil, salt and vinegar. The shoyo is my contribution to this recipe, it is perfect if you add a pinch of Syrian pepper
