- Wholemeal Pasta250 g
- Boiled Carrots1/2 cup
- Boiled Broccoli1/2 cup
- Minas cheese or mozzarella100 g
- Black Olives150 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Chives and parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fine herbs to taste
- cherry tomato200 g
- Preparation: Cook the pasta al dente and let it cool. Do the same with the broccoli and carrots. Cut the cheese into cubes and the tomato in half or in four pieces (as I did). Slice the olives or leave them whole (as I did). With the ingredients cold, just mix everything and finish with the parsley and chives. Refrigerate and enjoy!
