- Organic Yeast2 tablespoon
- Warm water300 ml
- In a bowl add the flour, salt, sugar, oil and yeast. Mix and add water, stir well. Then knead the dough until it unglued from your hands, let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Then make the balls with the dough, put it in the shape (the shape must be greased with oil) and put it to bake at a temperature of 230°C.
