  1. With the cabbage leaves already sanitized and well dried, start by removing the leaves from the stem. Spread the leaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add all the seasonings, drizzle with olive oil, finish with the lemon zest and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for a maximum of 10 minutes.
