- bunch of different leaves1/2 to taste
- Tomatoes10 unit(s)
- Small piece of fresh ginger1 unit(s)
- Balsamic oil1 to taste
- String of olive oil1 to taste
- Wash the leaves well and put in a nice salad bowl. Chop the tomatoes in half and slice the ginger as thin as you can. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste and also salt, freshly ground pepper and olive oil.
