- Mayonnaise1 unit(s)

- Peel the potato and the carrot, chop it into medium squares. First, cook the carrot, when it is aldente, place the potatoes, then set aside.
- After cooking add the vegetables on a platter, crush the garlic and cut the onion, place it on the platter next to the vegetables.
- Add olives, coriander, corn and mayonnaise.
- Stir all the ingredients until all are well mixed.
- The mayonnaise is ready for the accompaniment
