- Mayonnaise300 g
- Lemon, salt and olive oil to taste
- Start by cooking the potato and carrot for approximately 3 minutes after the pressure cooker comes to a boil.
- Cook the eggs for approximately 12 minutes after the water boils.
- Cut all ingredients into small cubes.
- On a platter, place only the yolks and crumble with a fork or your hands, add the mayonnaise, corn, onion and tomato, mix well and season with salt, lemon and olive oil, adding the seasonings of your choice.
- Then add the chopped egg whites, olives and green smell and mix. Finally put the carrot and potatoes and stir well to homogenize.
- Adjust the seasonings and add more mayonnaise if necessary.
