- Start by peeling and chopping the potatoes and carrots, bring to a boil with a little salt.
- Cook the eggs in another pan. TIP: put a little vinegar together, so as not to darken the pan.
- Here I used fresh peas, so I steamed them, but it can be canned peas
- Once everything is cooked, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- I like to add the sour cream to remove the strong taste of the mayonnaise. It's a delight..
- Finished with a tomato peel rose and parsley stalks.
