- Lettuce1 unit(s)
- Put the carrots and potatoes whole to cook in boiling water, if you prefer to cook them together, put the carrots a little earlier, as they are tougher
- Once cooked, peel and cut into cubes. Let cool
- Boil the eggs, remove the shells, cut into slices
- In a bowl, mix the cooled potatoes, carrots and eggs with the corn, season to taste with salt and oregano, then gradually add the mayonnaise until it binds, but do not stir too much so as not to crush the potatoes.
- If you like a bittersweet touch, cut the apple into cubes without the skin and add, it gives the recipe a very tasty touch
- Mount the platter with some lettuce leaves on the bottom and place the mayonnaise in the center, put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving
