- Mayonnaise to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- English Potato to taste
- Carrot to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Garlic Sauce to taste
- Peel and cut the potato and carrot into cubes.
- Put it to cook.
- When the vegetables are there, remove from the heat and drain the water.
- On a platter, place the vegetables and add the salt, olive oil, lemon and garlic sauce, wick and then put the mayonnaise.
- Leave in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
