- Water for cooking vegetables1 l
- Start by cutting the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Put it in a pan with 1 liter of water and put it to cook.
- In the meantime I open the can of peas and corn and drain the water and reserve. Go looking at the potatoes and carrots as soon as they are soft you can take them out and drain.
- Place all the cooked vegetables in a large platter, and the corn and peas, put salt, oregano and black pepper to taste. I put the parsley. And then I put the mayonnaise and mix well, then just serve.
