- Sour cream200 ml
- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Tabasco pepper1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste

- Clean the vegetables and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, the potato a little bigger than the carrot as it cooks faster
- Put the carrot to cook in salted water, then put the potato in the same pot
- Cut the onion very small and the green smell finely chopped
- Put the eggs to cook for 6 minutes
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream, onion, olive oil, parsley, tabasco pepper, black pepper and salt.
- Keep an eye on the point of the vegetables, remove the eggs from cooking and peel them
- Wash so as not to contain any rind residues and add to the mayonnaise mixture and mash with a fork
- Remove the vegetables from the heat when they are al dente, mix with the mayonnaise, taste the seasonings and store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap to serve :)
