- Red beans400 g
- cherry tomato200 g
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Green pepper1 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 pound
- Coriander1 g
- Chili pepper50 g
- Salmon1 pound
- Olive oil30 ml
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Use pre-cooked beans
- Clean the seasonings, chop the peppers and onions into cubes
- Cut the tomato in half and finely chop the cilantro, parsley, celery and pepper.
- Mix everything in a bowl, add the lemon juice and olive oil
- Season with cumin, salt and black pepper if desired.
- Taste the flavors and set aside to refine them.
- Serve the salad cold with nachos chips to go with it.
- The salad is very well accompanied by guacamole ;)
