- Salmon Bait200 g
- Iceberg Lettuce to taste
- Purple Lettuce to taste
- Arugula to taste
- Croutons1/2 cup
- Parmesan flakes1/2 cup
- Black Olives1 tablespoon
- Cherry tomato or confit1/2 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Wash all the leaves well and let the water drain in a spaghetti dish. (Before using, tear the sheets into smaller sizes).
- Season the salmon baits with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the baits over high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Mounting: Place the mixed leaves on a plate (or bowl) and distribute the salmon baits, croutons, olives and tomatoes on top. Finally, the Parmesan shavings and a good drizzle of olive oil.
