- Moroccan Couscous1 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chives to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Mint to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Place the couscous and hot water in a container and cover until all the water is absorbed.
- Put the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic, onion and carrot until al dente.
- Mix the couscous, the stew and the rest of the small chopped ingredients.
- Season with olive oil, lemon and salt and you can serve it chilled or at the temperature you prefer.
