- Couscous500 g
- Mint1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 unit(s)
- Dates150 g
- Grapes200 g
- Sliced Almonds100 g
- Tahiti lemon2 unit(s)
- Olive oil80 ml
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Cumin1 to taste
- Heat filtered water with a little mint to bring out the flavor, like a tea
- Place the couscous in a form so that it is uniform and straight.
- Add some oil, salt and pepper to the water
- Hydrate the couscous with water so that it completely covers it and leaves just half an inch of water above it.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest
- Chop the onion, dates and pitted grapes into small pieces
- Loosen the couscous with the help of a fork, add all the chopped ingredients
- Chop the parsley and mint, add the lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil, correct the salt and make sure the flavors are good to your taste.
- Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate and serve fresh.
- Add the sliced almonds when serving!
