- Let's go: cut the carrot into slices and cook it with water and salt. Then in another pan put the broccoli, water and salt and let it cook.
- Peel and cut the mango, wash the grapes, lettuce and tomato.
- Assemble the salad As shown in the photo, with orange slices on the sides, then the lettuce and finished with all the other ingredients.
