- Okra300 g
- Minced garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar1/2 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Put the water to boil.
- Add salt, vinegar, chopped okra (already washed and dried, so it doesn't become drool) and let it cook for 5 minutes (don't let it get too soft).
- Steam the carrots for 10 minutes (remember not to make them too soft).
- Remove the garlic core so that the flavor is not too strong and chop into very small cubes.
- Soak the onion in water for approximately 5 minutes and cut into cubes.
- Chop the tomatoes into cubes.
- In a bowl add the seasonings already cut, then place the okra and carrots, give a light stir and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar to taste.
