- Sweet olive oil3 tablespoon

- In a pan, place the okra to ferment with a little water for 2 minutes.
- Remove the water and in a plastic bowl place the boiled okra, tomato and onion.
- Add the sweet oil and salt to taste, and rest for 10 minutes to get the flavor of the salt.
