- Chopped red pepper, or black pepper or pepperoni pepper to taste1/2 unit(s)
- Sausage and chives at will50 g
- Oregano to taste10 g
- Salt to taste1 g
- vinegar or lemon50 ml
- Olive oil50 ml
- I remove the acidity of the onion, whoever likes it can leave it. I boil some water then I throw it in the chopped onion, stir and throw the water away and put cold water to not let the onion cook. Then I mix everything well and taste the salt, I suggest adding the vinegar little by little if you don't like too acidic. . . .
