- Chimichurri1 dessert spoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil6 tablespoon
- White Vinegar6 tablespoon
- Peel all the ingredients, cut into cubes or sticks, as you prefer.
- Start cooking with the carrot, then add the chayote and pod, lastly the zucchini, keep watching when they are soft, remove from the heat, drain and place in a bowl with cold water to finish cooking.
- Add the olives and seasonings to the cooked vegetables.
- It can be kept in the fridge for a week.
