- Wine Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Stale bread4 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Remove the crust from the buns and brown the slices of bread in a frying pan with olive oil and the lightly crushed garlic cloves.
- Cut the slices of bread into cubes and add to the other ingredients. Finish with a sliver of Parmesan cheese.
