- Cherry tomatoes cut in half12 unit(s)
- Onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
- Ricotta cut into medium cubes3/4 cup
- Dried Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- Cut the slice of bread into medium cubes, place on a baking sheet, season with salt and oil and place in a preheated oven at 250ÂșC to bake until very crispy (stir a few times). Reserve.
- Assemble the salad by mixing the tomato, onion, ricotta and basil.
- Season with salt, oregano and olive oil. Place the seasoned salad on a plate, add the toasted bread cubes on top and serve immediately.
