- Tart Peas200 g
- Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Moyashi Bean Sprout235 g
- Sesame oil1 teaspoon
- Roasted peanuts (no salt)50 g
- Ripe and firm papaya in 1cm cubes1/2 unit(s)
- Juice of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
- Mint leaves1/2 cup
- Basil leaves1/2 cup
- Clean the pea pods, removing the central thread.
- In a skillet, sauté the peas in the oil for 3 minutes.
- Add the bean sprouts, mix well, sauté for another 1 to 2 minutes, transfer to a serving dish and let cool.
- In another skillet, place the sesame oil, toast the peanuts to enhance the flavor, but without browning, and transfer to the pea platter.
- Add the papaya cubes, drizzle with the lemon juice, season with salt and finish with the mint and basil. Photo: @tanamesa.tm
