- Spinach2 cup
- Cucumber, cut into slices1 cup
- Chopped cherry tomato1 cup
- Parma ham100 g
- Boiled Egg4 unit(s)
- Toasted flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Place the eggs in a pan of boiling water, cook for 6 minutes and remove. Reserve.
- Place the flaxseeds in a non-stick skillet over low heat, stirring constantly until golden.
- Wash the spinach, chop the cucumber and tomato, peel and cut the eggs.
- Place all the ingredients on the plate, in the arrangement you wish. Season with salt and oil to taste.
