Ingredients
Recipe

Spinach2 cup
Cucumber, cut into slices1 cup
Chopped cherry tomato1 cup
Parma ham100 g
Boiled Egg4 unit(s)
Toasted flaxseed2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste

Place the eggs in a pan of boiling water, cook for 6 minutes and remove. Reserve.
Place the flaxseeds in a non-stick skillet over low heat, stirring constantly until golden.
Wash the spinach, chop the cucumber and tomato, peel and cut the eggs.
Place all the ingredients on the plate, in the arrangement you wish. Season with salt and oil to taste.
