Cooked mini bow tie pasta2 cup
Chopped red onion2 tablespoon
Chopped Zucchini1 cup
Cherry tomato1 cup
Mozzarella ball8 unit(s)
Olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Green smell and basil to taste
Toasted almonds to finish2 tablespoon

In a hot skillet with olive oil, brown the onion, add the zucchini and tomatoes and sauté.
Add the pasta cooked in the skillet with the stew, season with salt and black pepper.
Turn off the heat, add the cheese, parsley and basil. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and almonds.
