- Penne Noodles250 g
- Red and Yellow Peppers1/4 unit(s)
- Red onion (small)1 unit(s)
- Pitted Olives (Black or Green) to taste
- White Cheese to taste
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Garlic (large clove)1 unit(s)
- Black pepper and salt to taste to taste
- Sauce: Chop the garlic to the smallest size you can. In a container, place the chopped garlic, olive oil, mayonnaise, parmesan, oregano, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Lightly emulsify and refrigerate.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the water, transfer to a container, add a drizzle of oil, stir lightly and wait for it to cool completely.
- Cut the peppers into small cubes, the onion into half moons and then into thin slices, slice the olives, cut the cheese into small cubes. Add all this to the already cooked pasta, add the chilled sauce, mix to combine and serve.
