- Iceberg Lettuce1 pint
- cherry tomato250 g
- Palm hearts in slices2 can(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut 1/4 of the pepper into strips and set aside. In a large bowl, tear the lettuce leaves (already washed) into medium pieces. Randomly arrange the palmito slices, tomatoes and olives. Decorate with the pepper strips and oregano to taste. Add salt and drizzle with olive oil to taste!
