- Sweet olive oil5 tablespoon
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary1 tablespoon
- Garlic slivers5 unit(s)
- Place the tomato in the refractory along with sweet olive oil, sliced garlic, salt and rosemary. and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or less depending on your oven. Cook the pasta, don't let it too soft. ✅ put the noodles in the refractory and mix all the ingredients. OBS: The tomato skips water, it is not necessary to put a lot of liquid in the pasta. (put a little to give the flavor). ✅ if you need salt add it.
