- Recipe
- Washed potatoes or balls1/2 kg
- Coriander1 to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- White Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes, already minced (don't cut them too small😉) with salt (as you usually do in yours 🏠)
- After it got pressure, leave it for about 3 minutes and turn it off, it finishes cooking and is at the right point.
- Drain the water and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, cut the onion into slices or finely chopped (as you prefer)
- Now cut the cilantro into small pieces 🌿
- Cool the potatoes, now place on a platter and add the onion, cilantro, vinegar, oregano and olive oil (everything to taste right?!).
- And your pickled salad is ready 😋. It is much more delicious day after day.
- Now just delight yourself with your family 🥰
- Tip: You can change, with carrots, chayote and you can do it just like that with the beet (she alone right?!).
