- Basil to taste
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ajinomoto to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon Juice3 unit(s)
- 1 Peel the pineapple, cut into cubes and set aside
- Cut the pepper into very small cubes and set aside.
- Finely chop the chives and set aside
- Cut the basil leaves very small
- Add everything in a container, and season with salt, lemon, Ajinomoto and olive oil.
- Tip leave about 20 minutes in the fridge before serving.
