Polenta with pepperoni sauce

Numa panela refoge a metade da cebola com 1 dente de alho, coloque sal, a Polentina e a água. Misture por 5 minutos.
Até engrossar!

In a pan, sauté half of the onion with 1 clove of garlic, add salt, Polentina and water. Mix for 5 minutes.
Until it thickens!

Separe um refratário, unte com margarina e coloque a mistura.

Numa panela, corte a calabresa em pedaços pequenos e refogue com a metade da cebola e o outro dente de alho, pimenta do reino se desejar ! Acerte o sal!
Coloque o molho e deixe por uns 5 minutos no fogo.

Depois coloque sobre a polenta e se desejar coloque queijo parmesão ralado por cima! 

Tá pronto e fica uma delicia !
