- Chopped red onion1 unit(s)
- Cooked lentils1 cup
- Pomegranate Seed1 cup
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic vinegar or squeezed lemon to taste
- Cucumber cut into small cubes1 unit(s)
- In a large platter, start by adding the already sanitized and dried arugula leaves
- Place the parsley in the corner of the dish
- On top of the arugula, add the cooked lentils, chopped red onion and cucumber cubes.
- Finally add the pomegranate seeds that will give it a special touch.
- Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar or as you prefer đ
