- Sweet olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- In a pan with a little water, put the cut potato to boil for 5 minutes.
- In another pan, place the egg to cook for 10 minutes after cooked, wait for it to cool and cut into cubes.
- Remove the water from the potato and place it in a plastic bowl adding the cubed eggs, the chopped chives, the mayonnaise, the sweet oil and salt to taste, wait 5 minutes and it's ready
