- medium potatoes3 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Ricotta cream (curd or sour cream)3 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chives to taste
- Preparation: With the potatoes already cooked and cold, mix the other ingredients carefully. Finish with chives. Serve very cold. 🟡 Ricotta cream, milk cream or cottage cheese makes it lighter, but if you prefer you can just use mayonnaise.
- If the potato is medium (like a little bigger than a kiwi) I usually count 1 and 1/2 for each person, but this count is for leftovers, if you have more side dishes you can consider 1 potato.
