- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Powdered vegetable broth to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the potatoes in half and cook under pressure for 7 minutes, after cooked remove the skin. Also cook the eggs, peel and chop into thicker slices.
- In a refractory mix all the ingredients including the seasonings to taste and decorate with green smell on top. To serve, leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes and you're done.
