Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Oregano, olives, parsley, corn, peas, grated onions to taste

Cut the potatoes, not too big, not too small, put them in a microwave safe bag, season with salt and oregano and close the bag well, with a knife I make holes all over the bag
Put it in the microwave for 5 minutes, then check if you cooked all the potatoes, if you haven't cooked it just put it in + 1 or 2 minutes
Place the boiled potatoes in a refractory and season with olive oil, olives, corn, peas, grated onions
If you want, you can even add mayonnaise, and the potato salad is ready.
