- Bacon200 g
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Smell to taste
- Remove the skin from the potato, cut into cubes and cook for approximately 10 minutes. must be firm
- Boil the eggs, peel and chop into cubes
- Fry the bacon until crispy
- Mix the already boiled potato and egg. Add mayonnaise and seasonings
- Finish with fried bacon and green smell
- Take it to the fridge and serve it cold
