- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise2 cup
- Large Onions1 unit(s)
- Chopped chives1 unit(s)
- Chopped Green Pepper1 unit(s)
- Celery stalks (celery)3 unit(s)
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper1 teaspoon
- Boil the potatoes in water for 15-20 minutes until soft but firm.
- Then drain and cut into pieces.
- Cook the eggs in a pan, cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat, cover and remove from heat.
- Wait 10 minutes and then shore up the eggs, peel and chop.
- Add the potatoes with the eggs mayonnaise onion chives pepper and celery.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir carefully.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours and then serve.
