- Start by cooking the potatoes. You can cook them in a regular pot, pressure cooker or microwave, as I did. To do this, just poke holes in the potatoes using a fork, wrap in paper towels and bake for 5 to 8 minutes in the microwave at full power, turning halfway through.
- While the potatoes cook, clean the sardines by removing the skin and bones that are in the middle of them. At this point you can also cut the seasonings, such as onions and chives.
- Wait for the potatoes to cool and cut them into pieces to the size you prefer. I cut it into medium pieces.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: potatoes, sardines, mayonnaise and seasonings. mix everything very well
- And your potato salad with sardines and onions is ready! Ideal to accompany lunches with the family on weekends. Serve warm or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy your food!
