- Put the kibbeh flour in a bowl to hydrate with 500 ml of hot water, the black pepper, the crushed garlic with salt, mix everything and cover to hydrate for at least 30 minutes
- in another bowl we are going to make the sauce lemon juice and olive oil and black pepper and a teaspoon of salt and let it rest and get the flavors
