- In a pressure cooker, add the peeled beetroot to cook, add water to cover the beetroot and cook for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the heat, remove the pressure from the pan, put the beetroot to drain, wait for it to cool and then remove the skin from all the beets.
- Then just cut into cubes and serve.
