- Lentils (pre-cooked al dente)200 g
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Chives to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Blonde to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Diced red onion to taste
- Cubed Japanese Cucumber to taste
- Start by washing the lentils well and soak them in water overnight.
- The next day, drain the water from the sauce, wash well, remove all excess water.
- Then put the lentils in a pan with water covering, salt and the bay leaf, wait for it to boil and turn it off.
- After turning off the heat, cover the pan with a lid.
- Once the lentils have cooled, discard the cooking water and bay leaf.
- Put the lentils in a container and add all the other ingredients.
- Mix well and serve.
